News Information update 21st April 2010 Report on outing to Broadway Golf Club on 7th April 2010
The committee was unanimous that the whole day was a great success with an excellent meal to conclude the day.
Golf day at Chipping Norton on Wednesday 26th May 2010
Format Greensomes ? Full handicap
Meet at Chipping Norton for registration at 12.45 pm - Make own lunch arrangements
1st Tee time 1.30pm
Cost for day £35 each payable by 21st May LATEST
Dinner Dress Code ? Jacket & society ties (Club requirement)
As this is a pairs event please enter in pairs as we need to make up in multiples of 4
If you need a partner contact Warren who will try to make up another 4.
Match Play Competitions
The games are going well and just a reminder that the preliminary rounds should be completed by 30th April with the 1st round to be completed by 30th May.

Theme Night 2010 ? Saturday 20th November

10 year Anniversary ? Hawkstone Park GC 11th ? 13th September 2011.
The initial 30 rooms reserved have now been taken up subject to deposits.
Any members wishing to go, who have not yet confirmed, must contact Warren as soon as possible to determine if Warren can get any more rooms and at what costs, it cannot be assumed that any additional rooms will be the original price.
This newsletter will be the last reminder on this outing so contact Warren if you want to go.
Annual subscriptions 2010
As advised at the AGM on 1st February the cost will be held at £25 and must be paid by 28th February at the latest ? thereby avoiding a threatening letter !!!!!!
Handicaps
If you have a club handicap then this will also be your society handicap subject to special consideration by the handicap committee. It is your responsibility to advise Warren if your club handicap is changed.
